We intended to stay one night but stayed for three!
We found you by chance how happy are we!
We have enjoyed the leaves and New England in fall, and we hope one day to return and see "y'all"!

John & Margaret Baldock, Kent, U.K. and Jo Jeffs & Gary Etherington, Princeton, NJ, and their son Max and his Uncle David

The setting, the view
The company too,
I could be in heaven especially since you have 802-11.

Nestled against the woods on a quiet road, your hosts, Eva and Jack, welcome you to their bed and breakfast. Shaker Woods Farm B&B is furnished from their world-wide Air Force assignments and features private, air conditioned bedrooms with private baths, in addition to our hostel accommodations. Shaker Woods Farm at Point Comfort has been featured on WMUR’s “unique country inn series.”

We are central to the amenities of the Lakes Region and located 6 miles from Exit 20 at I-93. Open year round: air conditioned, smoke-free, and wi-fi access. Credit Cards accepted.

Spend an afternoon cross-country skiing or biking, or make a cup of tea in the guest's convenience kitchen and relax on the sun porch that looks out toward Point Comfort at Lake Winnisquam, the Canterbury Shaker's 1920's summer retreat.

Take a look at us in spring/summer, or fall* or winter or way back in 1997. Recently groSolar installed a solar PV panel array on our tractor barn.

Shaker Woods Farm at Point Comfort was selected as a 2005 "New Hampshire Farm of Distinction**" by the NH Department of Agriculture, Markets and Food. Here's a picture of our organic fruit and vegetable garden and the pastures beyond.

Annie, our neighbor's quarter horse, will be back for the summer, along with her friend, Tackle.
