Follow these directions as Google, Yahoo, MapQuest maps and most GPS systems
miss the last turn onto Lower Smith Road. We've tried for 3+ years to get them
to correct it.
Directions from I-93: At
I-93, Exit 20 turn left onto Hwy 3/11 East. Drive east toward Laconia for 4.5
miles. Turn left at the stoplight before the Winnisquam bridge onto Bay
Road. Turn right onto Lower Bay Road -- the lake will be on your right.
After 1 mile, turn right onto Lower Smith Road. We're in the sage green
barn with the brick red metal roof at the end of the horse pastures on your
left.
Directions From Northern Maine:
Route 25 west to Route 16 south in Center Ossipee, NH Route 16 south to
Route 28 in Ossipee Route 28 south to Route 28A toward Alton Bay and Route
11 west (Don't take Route 28 down to Alton, it's out of your way) Route 11
west around Laconia, through Belmont toward Tilton, past the Belknap Mall on
your right and continue for 1.5 miles on Route 11 West After you cross the
railroad tracks and then the bridge over Lake Winnisquam in Belmont, turn right
at the stoplight onto Bay Road Go ½ mile and turn right onto Lower
Bay Road Go 1 mile (the lake will be on your right), turn right onto Lower
Smith Road We're the sage green barn with the brick red metal roof on your
left, #30 Directions From Southern
Maine: Route 11 North through Alton Route 11 west around Laconia,
through Belmont toward Tilton past the Belknap Mall on your right and continue
for 1.5 miles on Route 11 West After you cross the railroad tracks and then
the bridge over Lake Winnisquam in Belmont, turn right at the stoplight onto
Bay Road Go ½ mile and turn right onto Lower Bay Road Go 1 mile
(the lake will be on your right), turn right onto Lower Smith Road We're the
sage green barn with the brick red metal roof on your left, #30
Directions From Loudon
International Speedway: Route 106 North through Belmont
Route 3 & 11 west around Laconia, through Belmont toward Tilton &
I-93 past the Belknap Mall on your right and continue for 1.5 miles on Route 3
& 11 West After you cross the railroad tracks and then the bridge over
Lake Winnisquam in Belmont, turn right at the stoplight onto Bay Road Go
½ mile and turn right onto Lower Bay Road Go 1 mile (the lake will
be on your right), turn right onto Lower Smith Road We're the sage green barn
with the brick red metal roof on your left, #30
Directions From Weirs Beach
Through Laconia: Route 3 South, then turn left onto Business 3
South through Laconia (Route 3 Business is also known as Union Avenue at this
point) Go through the stoplight at the intersection of Main Street/Routes
106 and 107 (Route 3 South Business becomes Court Street) Continue on Route
3 Business South (Court Street) toward Tilton & I-93 past the Belknap Mall
on your right and continue for 1.5 miles on Route 3 After you cross the
railroad tracks and then the bridge over Lake Winnisquam in Belmont, turn right
at the stoplight onto Bay Road Go ½ mile and turn right onto Lower
Bay Road Go 1 mile (the lake will be on your right), turn right onto Lower
Smith Road We're the sage green barn with the brick red metal roof on your
left, #30
Directions From Meredith
Through Laconia: Route 3 South, then turn left onto Parade Road
into Laconia. Parade Road becomes Main Street Turn right at the stoplight at
the intersection of Main Street/Routes 3, 106 and 107 (Route 3 South Business
becomes Court Street) Continue on Route 3 Business South (Court Street)
toward Tilton & I-93 past the Belknap Mall on your right and continue for
1.5 miles on Route 3 After you cross the railroad tracks and then the
bridge over Lake Winnisquam in Belmont, turn right at the stoplight onto Bay
Road Go ½ mile and turn right onto Lower Bay Road Go 1 mile (the
lake will be on your right), turn right onto Lower Smith Road We're the sage
green barn with the brick red metal roof on your left, #30
